Shipping rates are per order, not per package. Shipping charges are based on the shipping option chosen (Regular or Express), but remained fixed regardless of the quantity ordered. Express delivery does not apply to Quebec and GTA (always delivered the following day).
For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, in order to be processed and shipped the same day.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure to respect delivery times.
Shipping is not available outside the continental Canada and the service is offered by Purolator. Purolator shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. So, please be sure to provide the actual number and street address and a valid phone number for delivery – orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed.
Our warehouses are open to prepare and ship orders from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) noon will not be processed until the next business day.
You consent to pay the price and all the fees indicated for the transaction. Except when specified otherwise, federal and provincial taxes are calculated in accordance with the shipping address. All the prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Canadian currency and are subject to change without notice until orders are accepted.
Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned products. All returns will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that we will not refund your shipping cost for the return of new products. You have 30 days from receipt of package to return your products unused, in perfect order and condition and, in their original packaging to Boiron. After 30 days your order is deemed as accepted.
Occasionally, items are damaged during shipping.
For replacement, please return the damaged goods to us.Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product, or in the event of the same product not being any longer available, Boiron Canada Inc. may substitute the product for a similar or greater grade product, at its discretion.
